20 years ago, when I began my coaching practice, I decided to build it on my Bodhisattva vow. The main component of that vow is that we live our lives in benefit of others. Everything about my practice was designed around that principle. From the time I dedicate to my clients, my availability, the methods of communication I employ, to the fees I charge. Each element is carefully crafted to ensure that I am consistently working towards the betterment of others.

Over two decades I have coached both individuals and corporate clients. I have gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of the professional world and the strategies necessary for success – insights that are seldom taught in traditional coaching programs.

Through my years of independent coaching I had yet to encounter coaches who approached their work with the same unique blend of experience and training that I bring to my practice. Faced with this realization, I recognized the need to cultivate a team of coaches who could learn my unique approach.

At TRC Transition Services, our mission extends far beyond crafting impressive resumés and polished LinkedIn profiles. We recognize that behind each client is a human being facing a challenging situation, often in urgent need of securing new employment. We deeply understand the fear, worry, and discomfort that can accompany the job search process. This is precisely why our coaches are not only well-versed in executive and career coaching. They also hold certifications in fundamental coaching with an emphasis of psychosynthesis.

Our primary objective is to empower job seekers to embrace their authentic selves and own their unique strengths.
